Your Community
The Pioneers
In Central France there is a small group of amazing women that have become known as The Self Awareness Exploration Pioneers.
In July 2025 I met a lady who owned a tea shop. She also wanted to bring together a community of people in the area, so she had started up various clubs. I walked in and she asked me what I did. I explained that I was retired, quiet, liked to read, did meditation, and loved to question everything. She suggested I set up a group. I aked ‘Doing what?’. She said ‘What you do - meditation and all that’.
So, this group started life as a little get together of ladies and we called ourselves The Chamomile Tea Club. We explored teas, herbs, oils, and how to quiet our minds.
As it developed I felt more confident going deeper into my healing and spirituality, as well as bringing out my philosphical and scientific loves. Over time the group evolved into a group of ladies that are a force of connected love.
They share truths, question their lives, make changes where appropriate, and engage in deep conversations about emotions, the mind, different types of spirituality, and how to live our best lives. This creates an amazing positive loving energy, the frequency of which vibrates strongly from our small community.
The group changed its name to Self Awareness Explorers and when a new local group started at The Explorers Threshold, this group became known as the Pioneers.
They have been, and will always be, a major part of the development of the entire Self Awareness Explorers Route Map.
I am so grateful that each and every one of them is in my life.
The Cartographers
In Central France there is a second small group of amazing women that have become known as The Self Awareness Exploration Cartographers.
What is a Cartographer?
When the route has been sketched out, the cartographers test out the route. They make changes where appropriate, maybe developing a diversion around an obstacle such as a mountain, finding a bridge over a river, and putting up signposts.
This group started up a year after the Pioneers.
In August 2026 they began to test the route.
In the exploration sessions, the cards the route map, and the waypoints become honed, explorations to help embed the card metaphors are tested, and changed if required, and notes are made for future travellers.
As the Cartographers settle in over the first few months the website will evolve.
This is an ongoing process and the Explorations, Route Maps, Waypoints, and Waymarkers will evolve with both of these community groups.

The Solo Traveller

As a Solo Traveller, the path is yours to choose. Find the exploration route maps, card sets and travel guides in Your Travel Agent, and set off at your own pace, following wherever your curiosity leads.
The Tribe
No matter where you are in the world, you don't have to explore alone.
We are marking out a route so that soon you will be able to join The Tribe through Your Travel Agent and become part of a community of Explorers connected across the world, following the maps and guides at your own pace, then coming together each month to share discoveries, questions, stories and reflections from the journey.
The Settlers
Bringing the journey home wherever you are.
If you feel called to gather your own community of Explorers, Your Travel Agent is developing Route Maps, Facilitators Cards and Facilitator’s Travel Guides to help you set out together. As a Settler, you’ll also be welcomed into the Travel Guides Circle, connecting you with others who are creating Explorer communities around the world.
